I’m in my mid 50s and wanted a trainer who could help me tone, get stronger (but not ripped), and drop a few pounds. As a former pro athlete and certified trainer, Stanley’s knowledge of the body’s abilities, combined with his knowhow to train for different results, appealed to me - and my own results are proof!
I’ve been working out with Stanley since January and it’s been truly transforming - I’m stronger, have more endurance, and i’m trimmer through my midsection. Stanley and I start early at 4:30am twice a week, and he always greets me with his great smile and friendly disposition! Then we get to work on our one-hour routine; it’s always a great workout that pushes me just hard enough!
4:30am is early, but I feel great and enjoy my sessions with Stanley, who is truly a great trainer - plus he’s just a nice guy to be around!

I am have been using Stanley as a personal trainer for over 6 months. I feel what separates Stanley from other personal trainers I have worked with is his PATIENCE. He always takes his time to check in with me during the workout, explain the exercise, what is the goal of the exercise, what is the proper form to do the exercise. However, he will stop me to correct me if I am not using proper form. This is critical for me as I am getting older and the last thing I want to do is get hurt. Finally, Stanley is always challenging me and pushing me to do better. These workouts have left me feeling very good about the time and effort I have put in and looking forward to the next workout. What more could you want?

All you need is a small open space like your driveway, garage, or backyard — we handle everything else.
